Return & Refund Policy

Given the nature of goods that we supply, we can only exchange the goods or supply you with Credit Note for future purchase.

 

In case you (client) want to return any new & unused item, please contact our customer services for a return authorization. The product/packaging are to be returned to us in original with complete contents and no tampering. Once your return is accepted, we will issue a credit note for the amount of returned good; which can be adjusted to purchase a new product now or in future. All shipping costs for return of items and resending new item in lieu will have to be borne by you and paid upfront.

 

Returning an Excess Ordered/ Wrong Ordered Item

To return the item which is not physically damaged/no parts or accessories are missing/not different from the product that was ordered, you have to make a call or mail to us for return approval. When the return is approved, a credit note/reward points for the amount of returned item will be issued/given respectively that can be used to buy a new product. All shipping charges for returning the product and resending new item in lieu will have to be paid by you in advance.

 

In case of refund to Bank account, Return handling fees of 10% to 50% of product value will be charged depending upon the product and return case.

 

Returning Defective Item

In an unlikely event that any ordered product from our site is not in a good condition or defective or damaged or packaging is tampered or different from what was ordered, the item can be returned, in its original condition with original packaging, bill, price tag intact, warranty cards, user manual and accessories received with the product. All shipping charges will be borne by us. Our executive will provide you a receipt when receiving the product and you are advised to keep it for future use. Exchange of the product will completely depend on stock availability. All returns must be informed within 24 hours of receipt of goods; otherwise, we will not be liable for return/exchange.
